Damaged or Faulty Magazines
If you receive a damaged or faulty magazine, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at [your support email] with the following information:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged or faulty magazine
A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement free of charge. Our goal is to process replacements within 3 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
As we do not accept returns, please note that all sales are final unless the item is damaged or faulty. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Shipping for Replacements
There are no additional shipping costs for replacement items. Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
