What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders twice a week.

Shipments are sent as large letters and usually take:

  • up to 2 weeks to Europe

  • 2 - 3 weeks to Asia

  • 3 - 5 weeks to USA/Pacific

  • 3 - 8 weeks to the rest of the world

Wholesale deliveries should reach you within 2–3 business days in Europe and 3–8 business days everywhere else.

How much does it cost to ship?

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

We offer tracked shipping to certain countries, which provide end-to-end tracking services. Please check on the checkout page if your destination country offer this service.

Wholesale orders include tracked shipping.

What to do if I did not receive an issue?

Let us know and we will look into it.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for replacements if you provided an incorrect address and you will be charged for redelivery.

In some cases, certain countries may impose additional customs delays or fees, which are completely beyond our control or responsibility.

How often do you publish new issues?

We aim to publish three times a year.

How can I stock Eighty Degrees in my shop?

Please go to the wholesale section and choose how many copies you would like to get (all options are at discounted rates). Once you receive your order, please let us know and we will add your business details to our website.

How can I contribute to Eighty Degrees?

We aways love to talk to new artists and writers. If you would like to contribute with words, photos or illustrations, or just have an idea you would like to share or explore, please get in touch on hello@readeighty.com.


MERCHANDISE

We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Since our products are individually tailored for each customer within their respective home country, there should be no customs fees incurred.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Shipping usually takes 2-6 business days.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
